Jade is a symbol of purity and serenity.  Much prized in  Asia as it symbolises wisdom gathered in tranquillity.  Jade is associated with the heart chakra  and it increases love and nurturing. It is also considered protective, keeping the wearer safe from harm  and brings harmony. It is believed to attract good luck and friendship. 

Psychologically, Jade stabilises the personality and integrates the mind with the body and promotes self-sufficiency.  Mentally Jade releases negative thoughts and soothes the mind.  It stimulates ideas and makes tasks seem less complex so they can be acted upon immediately. 

Emotionally, Jade is a "dream stone." Placed on the forehaed it brings insightful dreams. It also aids  emotional release, especially irritability. 

Spiritually, Jade encourages you to become who you really are. It assists in recognising yourself as a spiritual being on a human journey and awakens hidden knowledge.

Physically, jade is a cleansing stone, aiding the body's filtration and elimination organs. It is excellent for the kidneys and supra-adrenal glands, removes troxins, rebinds cellular and skeletal systems. It assists fertility and childbirth.
