Jasmine is highly prized for its heady perfume, which is loved by all. It is one of the most uplifting essential oils and also deeply relaxing, making it a perfect choice as an aphrodisiac. 

As a perfume it can be apllied directly to the skin,  giving the wearer a sense of relaxation along with a happy, carefree mood.

It's warm floral aroma is perfect in a diffuser to create a positive atmosphere  - it's very uplifting while at the same time relaxing - relieving stress, tension and anxiety. 

It can also be used to soothe irritating coughs and hoarseness - just add a few drops to a steam inhalation.

It's also a wonderful  addition to skincare products - add to skin lotions to soothe sensitive or inflamed skin that feels hot to the touch.  It can also be added to a massage blend which if used regularly can help to fade stretch marks and scars.

Diffuse and  Steam inhalation

Massage - add a few drops to a carrier oil.
