Believe is a blend of the pure essential oils  Mandarin, Cedarwood Atlas, Bergamot, Clary Sage, Lavandin Super and Vetiver.

Believe is both stabilising and uplifting. This combination of oils grounds and balances your mind and body  while at the same time helping  you to be calm and positive.   May help to build your confidence and to believe in yourself and the universal energies supporting you.

Ingredients:

Mandarin is a refreshing, gentle tonic  to the spirits, it is pacifying and can help calm the nerves and ease sadness. 

Cedarwood Atlas  is  strengthening and fortifying and can be a help if you’re feeling generally lethargic, anxious and lacking in concentration. Its intense woody, earthy aroma can help sustain and ground you in times of sudden change or crisis, bolstering your confidence and resolve.

Bergamot  is considered excellent for both mental and physical equilibrium and healing and is well known for its calming yet uplifting character.  It can be great for anxiety, depression, nervous tension and negative emotions in general.

Clary Sage relaxes, comforts and grounds feelings and emotions, even when you're feeling out of control. It also helps to rebalance overall physical wellbeing by helping to release stress and anxiety.

Lavandin Super - a natural hybrid of English Lavender and broad leafed Lavender.  By regulating the nervous system it  promotes restful sleep and reduces nervousness and anxiety.

Vetiver is one of the most grounding of all essential oils  which is makes it perfect for calming emotions, especially stress and anxiety. It also helps you to stay alert and focussed mentally.

Uses:

Believe can be  used in a diffuser or vaporiser.

It can also diluted in a carrier oil for massage.

Can be added to creams, lotions, bath & shower gels.
