THe practice of Aura-Soma is initially based on a person's selection of four Equilibrium bottles. The choice of bottles and the sequence in which they are chosen provide keys to understanding past difficulties and reflect the need and potential for growth in one's consciousness. The book includes full-colour spreads that juxtapose the colours of the bottle with dramatic photographs that depict the energetic essence of each colour combination and that evoke the healing energy of the natural environment. The authors also explain where to apply the essences, which chakra in the subtle anatomy will be affected, and what areas of personal growth can be addressed.
