Aragonite Egg

Aragonite is a grounding, comforting crystal that helps us access the quality of sacred rest. It helps anchor us to our lower chakras so we can connect to the Earth.  If we are very busy doing ie accomplishing all of the many tasks we face, we often forget the needs of the body and mind to replenish, then Aragonite is the stone to help us reconnect and rebalance. Burn out takes a lot longer to heal and repair than taking timely breaks to replenish ourselves. To me, this beautiful Aragonite egg  symbolises going back into the womb for rest and recuperation. Holding it brings a sense of calm to body and mind  as it soothes the soul with its deep nurturing energies. It also has a keyhole - an entrance way into a new depth of being?
